Dhanush is still talking about his options for a commercial entertainer which will be produced by 7 Screen Studios. While initially the project was expected to be led by H. Vinoth, recent industry reports suggest that the filmmaker is no longer attached, with Siruthai Siva and Sirai director Suresh Rajkumar now among the most likely to helm the film.
According to industry buzz, Dhanush is seeking mass masala entertainers that combine action, emotion, family sentiment and commerciality. The project will have a wide audience and will show the actor in a big, larger-than-life part.
Siruthai Siva is another name Dhanush would like to work with among the others. Known for leading commercially successful entertainment with emotional stories that are highly emotional, Siva has carved out a career that combines action-packed storytelling with family-oriented stories. If it happens in fact, Dhanush and the director will have a first joint production-grade film together.
