Bhumi Pednekar Joins Rishab Shetty in The Pride of Bharat: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj

The Pride of Bharat: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj has received a new actor in the cast, Bhumi Pednekar. Sandeep Singh's pan-India project will cast Rishab Shetty as the Maratha king Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and is expected to make an impact on the big screen in big importance.

Bhumi Pednekar will play Rani Chennabhairadevi (better known as the brave queen of Karnataka) as a fearless ruler who defended her fort against Shivaji Maharaj’s army in 1678.
