John Abraham Buys Luxury Bandra Bungalow for ₹84 Crore, Expands Mumbai Real Estate Portfolio
Bollywood actor John Abraham has bought a luxury bungalow in Bandra West for a price of ₹84 crore in Mumbai’s premium real estate market to add to the actor's impressive property portfolio in India’s most sought-after residential areas.
According to property registration documents listed by real estate analytics firm Liases Foras, the newly acquired property is on St. Martin Road in Bandra West, a locality that attracts high-end homes and celebrity owners.
Prime property in Mumbai's Elite Locality
The property is in a 1,017.60-square-metre plot, and there is a bungalow of around 193.12 square metres built up. Also, there is an outhouse of around 31.50 square metres that has added utility and space.
The freehold property was purchased through a registered conveyance deed from Naushir Eruch Divitre, Fredon Eruch Divitre, Crystal Firoz Divitre, and Eruch Firoz Divitre.
To complete the transaction, John Abraham paid ₹5.04 crore in stamp duty, reflecting the significant value of the purchase.
Another Landmark Real Estate Investment
It is not the first time that the actor has invested heavily in Mumbai's luxury property market.
In December 2023, John Abraham purchased another premium bungalow in Mumbai's Khar locality for ₹70.83 crore, according to property registration records accessed by IndexTap.com.
That property included:
A 5,416-square-foot bungalow
A 7,722-square-foot land parcel
Location on the prestigious Linking Road, Khar
For that transaction, the actor paid ₹4.24 crore as stamp duty, and the deal was officially registered on December 27, 2023.
