Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee has increased his real estate portfolio by purchasing 4.45 acres of agricultural land near Lonavala in Maharashtra for ₹1.37 crore in a transaction which was registered on August 25, 2026 by real estate data analytics company CRE Matrix.
The property in Tailbail village in Mulshi taluka of Pune district is a place that has good natural beauty and is a hot market for agricultural land and second homes.
The land is 1.80 hectares which is 4.45 acres. The registered consideration value for the transaction is ₹1,37,31,000. As for the purchase price, documents stated that Bajpayee paid around ₹6.86 lakh in stamp duty and ₹30,000 as registration fee. The property was bought from Vimalchand Khimraj Jain. Bajpayee and the seller have not publicly commented on the transaction at the time of the reports.
Bajpayee's deal also adds to his real estate portfolio a large slice of land outside Mumbai. In 2023, he had purchased four commercial office units in Mumbai's Oshiwara area for ₹32 crore. The documents were registered in October 2023, the actor's website also says.
Bajpayee's new investment is different from his earlier Mumbai commercial property purchase because the new part of the land is agricultural land. Mulshi is also very special.
