Yash's next action thriller Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is hitting its peak with the makers going to a grand trailer launch in Bengaluru on August 8. The launch will start a six-city promotional tour of India and the world in advance of the film's worldwide theatrical release on August 26, 2026.

Toxic Trailer Launch in Bengaluru August 8

Toxic is one of the most anticipated Indian movies of the year, with the director Geetu Mohandas. The period gangster drama has a very large ensemble cast of Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria and Rukmini Vasanth, with Yash as the lead actor. It will also be released in IMAX, making it a bigger-than-life experience for the viewers.

The Bengaluru trailer launch is expected to be a big deal with thousands of people expected to come out. The film’s cast and crew will be promoting the film in many major cities across India to promote itself to get it to the masses, and the film to get the word out in advance of the release.

Fans have already started celebrating the film with huge cutouts, banners, and street displays across Karnataka. Posters and promotional artwork with Yash in a tough avatar surrounded by explosions, firearms and dramatic scenes, very much in line with the gritty tone of the film, are being flaunted on social media.

The promotional campaign has been going on for several weeks now. The teaser and songs already released have created a huge buzz and the movie makers are preparing to release the third song in order to build an even bigger buzz before the trailer is released.

And the big news will be to start overseas advance bookings in the coming weeks and months for international fans to buy tickets well ahead of the global release. Because Yash has become so popular worldwide ever since the KGF franchise was established, industry analysts expect strong advance bookings in international markets, particularly North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.

Toxic (Director Geetu Mohandas) is a singular cinematic experience that combines action, hope, and filmistic storytelling. The movie’s somewhat unusual title A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups has gotten people’s attention and caused them to debate its story and its visual presentation.

Toxic is one of the biggest projects for Yash as he has become a pan-India superstar. And the expectations are high on him and fans will see him in a completely new role that is totally different from the one he portrayed in the KGF series.

The launch on August 8 will be the first full review of the film’s story, action sequences, supporting characters, and overall scale of the movie’s cinematography. Based on the huge fan base surrounding the project, it’s possible that the trailer could go down in history as one of the biggest promotional events of the year.

Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups is shaping up to be one of the biggest theatrical releases of 2026 with a star cast, an expert director, high production values, and an ever-growing momentum in India and overseas. So Bengaluru and all those watching for the trailer.
