Dulquer Salmaan is to receive a special recognition at Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) 2026 in recognition of his contribution to Indian cinema.
The award illustrates him as one of India’s most versatile actors who has delivered some of the best performances from various film industries.

The festival will take place in Melbourne, Australia from 13 to 23 August 2026, bringing together world famous filmmakers, actors and cinema lovers from all over the world.
Dulquer Salmaan is now a pan-Indian star in movies like Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. Since his acting debut in 2012 he has always impressed the audience with his many roles and natural acting.
