Shruti Haasan wants a permanent injunction which will prohibit any person and any entity from using her identity without her consent. She also wants all infringing material removed from websites and platforms from which this unauthorized material is being distributed and a John Doe injunction against the unknown violators involved. Shruti wants a full disclosure of the profits that have been accrued from the use of her identity and the heavy damages of ₹15 crore, as this damages her reputation and business.

The Bombay High Court has acknowledged the gravity of the matter, allowing the commercial suit to proceed since part of the alleged cause of action occurred outside of the jurisdiction of the court. As the case proceeds, it will go to hearings in which Shruti Haasan will be able to make her case for interim relief.
