Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu visited Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan, who is recovering after undergoing a successful shoulder surgery at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. The visit demonstrated the close political and personal bond between the two leaders, with Naidu wishing Kalyan a speedy and complete recovery.

Pawan Kalyan (54) underwent three-and-a-half-hour arthroscopic surgery on July 11 to repair a severe rotator cuff tear and a bone fracture in his right shoulder. Doctors said the injury began in 2016 but worsened over the years because of his physical demands (lively campaigning, frequent public talks, and numerous handshakes with fans).
The surgery was led by renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala and his medical team. Hospital officials confirmed that the procedure was completed successfully without any complications. The actor-politician will go through a structured rehabilitation program, and recovery will be complete within four months, doctors have said.
Medical experts also said Pawan Kalyan is scheduled to undergo surgery on his left shoulder about two months after the current procedure, once he’s recovered. He has been advised to avoid vigorous physical activity and concentrate on physiotherapy for getting back in shape and mobility.
Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu was accompanied by several ministers and senior leaders of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) during his visit and spoke to Pawan Kalyan: “Despite his painful shoulder, the Deputy Chief Minister continued to contribute to campaign for elections, public meetings, and interactions with other officials and the people on the ground.”
Naidu praised Kalyan's dedication and described him as a source of inspiration for the party workers and the people of Andhra Pradesh. The visit also showed the strong relationship between the TDP and Jana Sena Party and has been very much in the state’s political scene.
Political leaders, celebrities, and fans from across the country have sent messages to Pawan Kalyan wishing him a quick recovery. The Governor and others of the alliance sent best wishes and told him that he would soon return to his official job with renewed energy.
He’s also an actor and a politician. A lot of people took to social media to express their prayers and encouragement for the popular actor-politician.
Pawan Kalyan can be expected to make a full recovery and resume his government work and public engagements in a few months, as he has been supported by his well-wishers, and as a result, he is still popular in politics and the arts.
