In a long time of nearly nine years, the production house behind the blockbuster Baahubali franchise will return to theatres with Don't Trouble the Trouble. The film has already generated a lot of buzz for not only it is the banner’s first major direct theatrical project since Baahubali but also Fahadh Faasil is the first actor to lead in Telugu cinema.
The announcement has thrilled movie lovers and many of them were shocked the production house hasn't made more theatrical movies after a massive hit in Indian cinema such as Baahubali. The banner was associated with Pelli SandaD, but it was not one of the primary producers of this project and Don't Trouble the Trouble is the first major theatrical production under its own banner in nearly a decade.
The return is especially significant because the Baahubali films changed the face of Indian cinema to a large extent, and they set the bar for storytelling, visual effects and box office success. And so it’s been a long time since then because for everybody there is another big-scale production from the same banner.
Another big draw for this project is Fahadh Faasil as a lead actor in Telugu cinema, which is the much awaited Telugu film. Fahadh is one of the best actors of India and has established himself as one of the very best in Malayalam cinema and has also impressed the masses in Tamil films. And although he has appeared in multilingual projects, Don't Trouble the Trouble is his first Telugu film in a lead role as the main actor and this makes the project even more eagerly awaited.
With S. S. Rajamouli who is bringing the movie to the project, even more prestige is added to the film. Rajamouli's association has increased the expectations for the film as the director is renowned for supporting quality cinema and has a reputation as one of India's highest-rated and successful filmmakers through blockbusters such as Baahubali and RRR.
The filmmakers have kept some of the details of the plot under wraps but the film has already been receiving a lot of buzz as a title of its own, high-profile production house and Fahadh Faasil’s presence. Some industry members think the combination of an excellent actor, a renowned production house and Rajamouli’s presentation could make the film one of the most talked-about Telugu releases.
It’s also a sign of the growing pan-Indian collaboration: people from various industries are collaborating to make movies for people in the country.
As we go on the road to get the teaser and trailer out in production, we anxiously await the release of the teaser, trailer and any news of other casting. With the Baahubali production banner back in action and Fahadh Faasil in Telugu cinema as the lead actor, Don't Trouble the Trouble is a very anticipated film and is one of the most eagerly awaited ones.
