Maremma Set for September 10 Release: A Pure Story of Love, Bond and Emotion
Maremma — the Telugu film which is all set to release soon has been pitching its emotional core as “bond beyond words” and “story beyond emotions in its purest form”. It will be released on September 10, 2026 across world with paid premieres planned before regular release.
Maadhav Bhupathiraju and Deepa Balu star in Maremma which is an intense rural action drama directed by debutant Manchala Nagaraj. Not only because it’s rural and emotional but also because Maadhav is making his debut as actor (he’s son of Raghu and nephew of Telugu star Ravi Teja).
The promo for the new film from the team is all emotion. Instead of saying Maremma is an action based rural drama they’re telling people it’s a story about relationships sacrifice and human bond.
Rated A (for adults only). Movie listings say Maremma is Telugu action-drama thriller and runs 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Earlier makers had announced September 10 release date and production house Moksha Arts said it is story of blood, belief and sacrifice. Poster released for film with Maadhav in battle-scarred look also hinted dramatic and emotionally charged nature of story.
The rural setting of the film will be at the heart of its story. Posters have shown a world shaped by village life, folklore and relationships; images of protagonist and sacred buffalo/cow also suggested emotional drama mixed with folklore and rural conflict.
Maremma is big career move for Maadhav. He makes his debut as lead in an intense rural drama and ends up centre stage in a film that seems to ask emotional performance and physical intensity out of him.
Deepa Balu is also a part of the main cast and supporting cast are Vikas Vasishta, Vinod Kumar, Dayanand Reddy, V.S. Rupa Lakshmi etc; technical crew are cinematographer Prasanth Ankireddy, editor Dev Rathod and music composer Prashanth R Vihari
A couple of days left for theatrical release and Telugu cinema audience is already pumped up. Makers latest campaign is not about action or spectacle alone but connecting people on an emotional level.
The film’s release date is September 10, 2026 but some ticketing sites have listed September 9 for some locations or listings so premieres may vary by market.
