Samantha Ruth Prabhu is going into a new chapter with a lot of joy and thankfulness. The Telugu actress spoke about her pregnancy during an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session and let fans know how she is going to be mothering a newborn baby. From pregnancy weight gain to the ‘mom brain’ to caring for a newborn, Samantha was warm and supportive to fans and she said she is really loving this stage in her life.

During the interactive session several of the fans shared their own pregnancy and motherhood experiences with Samantha. One user simply wrote, “Gaining weight,” and Samantha was seen to share a picture of herself and share that she has already gained 11 kilograms during her pregnancy. Her honest response was a glimpse of the physical changes she is going through as she prepares to welcome her first child.
Another fan described “mom brain,” saying she sometimes begins a sentence without knowing where it is going. Samantha’s reply was short but revealing: “Can’t Wait,” suggesting that she’s looking forward to experiencing the everyday realities that come with being a mother herself.
She was also responding to a new mother who described her daily routine of feeding, burping, rocking and repeating the cycle throughout the day. Samantha said it already sounded like a “full-time job” to her. Her light-hearted responses throughout the AMA indicated that she is excited to get into motherhood and that she is aware that there are challenges ahead.
Samantha also thanked a fan who described motherhood as an experience that was “setting the bar higher” for her. The actress said she loved that perspective. She said she had not anticipated feeling so empowered by pregnancy and motherhood. Samantha said she had thought that she would feel mostly overwhelmed at first but that so far she has had a different experience.
Samantha herself had a more emotional moment when a fan asked her if she was loving this phase of her life. The actress said to her: “With all my heart.” Her answer reflected the excitement she had previously felt about becoming a mother and how much more meaningful this period has been for her.

Samantha has remained active even though she’s been through a lot of physical and emotional challenges in pregnancy. Her workout schedule has been exhibited on social media and she is showing us that she is a fitness expert as pregnant and she is not only trying to push herself to do that but she’s also listening to her body and learning to modify her training for it.
A few articles ago Samantha described how her training is different, and that she is no longer so much about pushing harder and more about listening. She says that routine changes during pregnancy and that the body goes through a process and needs changing needs.
