Ajay Devgn and Kajol did it again in Bollywood today and Ajay Devgn wished his wife a very special birthday wish for her 52nd birthday on August 5. The two are known for their contrasting personalities but strong marital relationship that spans close to 30 years and are holding the marriage up in the air for them and have continued to work together to achieve big things. This time around Ajay was so proud to share his witty and cute birthday wishes on social media, he said he had to make it into the film and it went viral.
Ajay posted a video compilation of bits from various past joint interviews on his official X page. An interviewer asks Ajay if trolling is a national sport and Ajay dryly replies that it is actually an international sport. Ajay's deadpan delivery sends Kajol into a loud, infectious laughter, who was sitting next to him. The rest of the video is a sequence of cutaways from Kajol laughing heartily in her trademark flamboyant style, showing the genuine joy they bring to each other's lives. Ajay posted a charming caption saying that his best jokes have thankfully had the exact same loyal audience all these years and wishing her a very happy birthday.

The love story of Ajay Devgn and Kajol is still one of Hindi cinema's most enduring romances and first blossomed in the mid 90s when they met on the set of the movie Hulchul in 1995. Although they were in completely different places on both the job and career paths, they remained close friends as they worked on projects like Gundaraj, Ishq, Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha, Dil Kya Kare, Raju Chacha. They married in a secret Maharashtrian ceremony at Ajay's Mumbai home on February 24, 1999 after a few years of dating. They have two children, daughter Nysa Devgan and son Yug Devgan, and they joke in an interview that Kajol likes to say their husband is in a fifty-fifty relationship and they won’t keep track of the arguments but make up only if the one has the last one.
The duo has been on screen in numerous memorable box office hits including U Me Aur Hum, Toonpur Ka Super Hero, Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior and Salaam Venky and Ajay is behind the camera to direct Kajol in U Me Aur Hum. In addition to her husband’s viral post Kajol received warm wishes from her younger sister Tanishaa Mukerji who posted a nice picture on Instagram wishing they would continue laughing through life together.
