Tara Sutaria turned heads at the Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups trailer launch in Bengaluru in a leopard print gown that looked like a femme fatale. The actress' bold attire quickly became one of the biggest talking points of the star-filled event.
Tara went for a custom leopard-print dress by Amrit Arora, which had a figure-hugging shape and emphasized the glamorous, retro-inspired look. The animal-print design was very well suited to the darker and more mysterious world of Toxic. She added some gold jewellery to her look as an additional touch of old Hollywood glamour.
The styling was supposedly inspired by the classic dangerous-woman/femme-fatale look of Tara and therefore she had a commanding presence on the red carpet. Instead of a traditional promotional-event dress, she chose a bold, theatrical and instantly eye-catching look. It was a very quick talk of fashion and Toxic fans.
Tara is part of the impressive ensemble cast of Toxic, with Yash the lead actor alongside Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Huma Qureshi and Rukmini Vasanth. Tara also spoke emotionally about the film at the trailer launch and described Toxic as her “fairytale” and “dream come true.” Yash admitted during this event that Tara played a bigger part in the movie as it grew.
The trailer launch itself was a major event in Bengaluru and Yash and the main cast of the film came together before the movie’s theatrical release. The trailer has already generated quite a lot of interest in a dark gangster world of action, beautiful visuals and unpredictable characters. Tara’s character Rebecca is one of the dark and enigmatic personalities that are to be found in the film’s promotional material.
With her leopard-print femme-fatale outfit, Tara Sutaria demonstrated again that a promotional appearance can become a fashion statement of its own. Her bold styling perfectly fit the dark, glamorous image of Toxic and she was one of the standout stars at the trailer launch.
