Dhruv Vikram-Anupama Parameswaran Breakup Rumours Resurface After Actress's Cryptic Instagram Post
Rumours around Dhruv Vikram and Anupama Parameswaran’s relationship are back as the fans are now convinced that Dhruv Vikram and Anupama Parameswaran may have broken up in their relationship and the couple are now speculating that the actors may have ended their alleged romance. The actors have been under attack ever since a year ago when a kissing photo from a shared Spotify playlist of them went viral, with dating rumours going viral and rumours of a lesbian relationship taking off in the first place.
The speculation began with Anupama Parameswaran’s emotional Instagram post of her new hairstyle. In the caption she said she’s ready to embrace change, let go of what’s not serving her anymore and come free, and find herself again. And even if she didn’t name anyone by name, others took the post as a subtle hint of a breakup.
Anupama posted another series of photos with a caption that read: “Turns out, when you don’t have to wait for approvals, a song selection, or someone else’s caption... posting becomes a lot more fun.” The cryptic message quickly caught the attention of fans and it was thought that it indicated a significant personal change.
The relationship rumours between Dhruv Vikram and Anupama first started to appear in 2025 as fans found out about a Spotify playlist shared by the two actors. The picture on the playlist featured Dhruv and Anupama kissing and screenshots would soon spread on social media before the playlist was made private. Still, neither Dhruv nor Anupama have ever confirmed or denied their relationship.
In fact, the actors will share screen space in the upcoming Tamil film Bison, directed by Mari Selvaraj. The attention which the film is getting is not at all unexpected or similar to the recent activity of the film, but there is no proof in support of that.
There is no official evidence that Dhruv Vikram and Anupama Parameswaran were romantically attached or that they have broken up. The speculation is based on fans' interpretation of Anupama's recent social media activity and until either actor publicly expresses his/her views, the breakup rumours are not solidified.
