Venky Atluri has been describing Vishwanath & Sons as a wholesome family entertainment show that would bring audiences of all ages back to cinema halls for the family audience to come back to the cinema halls and see it as a good family affair. In an era of action-driven and dark stories that are more prevalent in films, the director Venky Atluri says he wanted to make a film with hope, warmth, and emotional storytelling; he wants to tell you he wanted to create a film from a place of hope, warmth, and emotional connections.
Venky Atluri said that the idea behind Vishwanath & Sons was to create a movie that families could enjoy together. He said opening weekend collections are still important but that the movie was designed to attract family audiences throughout its theatrical run.
"We have a film on hand, and I'm happy with it. I wanted to make a family film. There have been so many dark action films recently, and so I wanted to make something pleasant that brings family audiences back to theatres," the director said.
Atluri said the film is aimed at everyone’s age level and parents and children are able to watch it together. He said he wanted to create an experience where his own parents could sit beside him in a theater and enjoy each step in the process.
In a similar way to Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo’s feel-good appeal, the filmmaker says Vishwanath & Sons carries the same positive energy. Hope and emotional relationships are the primary elements of optimism and relationships in this narrative, and hope is what keeps it going through the movie from the opening scene to the end, he explained.
He said, “It’s a happy film, a film like Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. I wanted to make that kind of film. From the very first frame, there will be hope in the film,” he said.
Venky Atluri also mentioned family dynamics and memorable characters in the film. He thinks the audiences will relate to the relationships on screen and want a loving family like that in the movie.
He praised Radhika, Mamitha Baiju, and Suriya for their performances and said viewers will see the caring mother, the charming young woman, and the supportive brother in the story.
"You will wish for a family like this, a mother like Radhika, a girl like Mamitha Baiju, and a brother like Suriya," said the director.
Though the movie deals with family emotions, comedy, and relationships, Venky Atluri assured fans that there are also lots of interesting action scenes to keep them engaged. Vishwanath & Sons is the whole theatrical package of emotion and entertainment, fun, and action, he said, and family bonds are the most important thing.
Vishwanath & Sons is one of the best-anticipated family entertainers that will have a joyful movie that will appeal to audiences of all ages.
