Sadie Sink has finally given herself some words of clarification on the speculation over the character of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. If fans have spent months trying to guess which character she will be playing, the actress has played it cool and has said she will only give small clues but didn’t address any of the popular theories.
Sink, who will join Tom Holland in the next Spider-Man movie, addressed the rumours in an Instagram video and said Marvel fans were excited about it.
"Since the trailer dropped, I've seen so many theories about who I'm playing,” she said, then she teased viewers with a few of the carefully chosen clues.
"I'm Not Spider-Man"
Her comment was one of the bigger takeaways from her comments in this regard: her playful reply to fan speculation.
Joking about the hundreds of online theories, Sink said she is "not Spider-Man" and ruled out the funny suggestions on social media while maintaining her real character as a secret.
