Shaque: Trust No One Trailer: Parineeti Chopra’s 9-Year Search Takes a Dark Turn
Parineeti Chopra is making her series debut with Shaque: Trust No One, a mystery thriller about a mother’s long and painful search for her missing child.
The Netflix series will be broadcast on September 24, 2026.
A mother has been searching for her missing child for nine years. She is not done looking for answers, so despite the time she can’t stop searching.
But her search soon takes on a different form.
The basic tenet of the series is trust. The mother gets closer to the truth, but people around her gradually start to appear suspicious as the mother gets closer to knowing the truth.
The journey forces her to question whether she can depend on the people she once believed she knew so well.
Parineeti Chopra plays the lead role in the series and is joined by Jennifer Winget, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Soni Razdan, Anup Soni, Sumeet Vyas, Harleen Sethi and Dhruv Chaudhary.
Their characters are expected to play important roles as the mystery slowly unfolds.
The series is produced by Rensil D’Silva and Siddharth P. Malhotra and directed by Rensil D’Silva. It is produced by Alchemy Films with Netflix.
The story is full of mystery, psychological suspense, and investigation. Rather than just focusing on the missing child, the series also considers the way years of uncertainty affect a person emotionally and how some people’s perception of the world around them changes.
